Tool for closing the single-lock standing seam
The Lock'n'Roller 1040 is a tool used to easily and quickly lock the fist stage of a standing seam metal roof panel system, called the single lock.
Using the Wuko Lock'n'Roller
1 - Close a short piece of seam e.g. with pliers
2 - Place the WUKO Lock’n’Roller on the seam, adjust to seam width, fix with wing screws
3 - Move the tool forward (using handholds, handle bars or rope)
4 - If necessary increase or reduce contact pressure with the eccentric lever
Removing the WUKO Lock’n’Roller from the seam:
5 - Drive out at the end of the seam at any time by opening the eccentric lever (relieving of pressure) and loosening the wing screws
6 - bring back to the beginning of the seam

1 - Purchase 2 Lock'n'Rollers
2 - Combine 2 of the sides with the holders
3 - Use it as described above
