Elbows are fittings designed to change the downspout direction in pre specified angles. A "B" style elbow refers to an elbow that, when attached to a downspout, angles the downspout sideways in reference to a building. Plain Square Elbows are commonly paired with K-Style and Box Gutters, but not necessairly. Typically 2"x3" is selected for 5" K Style and 3"x4" is used with 6" K Style. The non crimped end easily fits over the outside of an outlet or the crimped end of a downspout. We also sell crimpers for the downspout portion not crimped (if it was trimmed for example).
