Roof cleats for mechanical lock - double lock - single lock standing seam panels
Our roof clips are available in 304 stainless steel for 1" tall and 1.5" tall standing seam mechanical lock panels. Nails or screws are available for securing clip to roof deck. Typically one clip is required for every lineal foot of panel. This is just a general rule and you should check with your local building code for your states requirements.

Applications
- Used for securing roofing panel to roof deck.
- Can be used in combination with slider roof clips.
Installation
1 - Hook the clip over the male side of the panel leg and fold over tab using hand seamers.
2 - Nail or screw the clip down to the roof deck so it butts up tight with the vertical leg of the panel.
3 - If using nails to secure clips to the roof fold over the back of the clip so it covers the nail head. This will make sure if the nail starts to pop up it doesn't create a hole in the panel.
4 - Generally clips should be installed 1 per every foot of panel length. Check with local codes as this could vary from state to state.
