A downspout is a pipe for conveying rain water from a roof or gutter to the ground. Also referred to as Leaderpipe, Downpipe, or Drainspout. Plain Square Downspouts are commonly paired with K-Style and Box Gutters, but not necessarily. Typically 2"x3" is selected for 5" K Style and 3"x4" is used with 6" K Style.
We also carry a complete line of elbows, downspout hooks, brackets, straps, rain chains and conductor heads.

Tapered Downspout Ends

Want to make your installation easier and achieve a cleaner look? We now offer this downspout with a tapered end. The tapered design allows the downspouts to fit into each other without the need to crimp, notch, or cut away any part of the material. This saves valuable time during installation and results in a connection that looks closer to seamless than manual adjustments typically provide. Our Plain Square Downspout is tapered from top to bottom: the bottom end is slightly smaller, allowing it to slide into the top of another downspout.
Depending on your installation, some minor on-site modifications may still be necessary.

About Bonderized

• Bonderized steel is made with G90 Galvanized Steel that receives a phosphate bath, then a layer of Chromate. It is then dried, leaving it ready to accept paint.
  Bonderized has a dull gray colored finish. It is meant to and it must be painted in order to avoid quick rusting.
