Our Static Roof Vents, also known as Attic Ventilators are designed and used to vent large attic spaces. With a passive design, it does not include a powered fan, however, we believe it to be far superior to what you might find at your local building supply store due to the construction with high-quality materials designed to withstand the harshest environments.
It includes screens on both the top and bottom to prevent birds and other critters from nesting inside.
The vent pipe has an inside diameter of 12 1/8", allowing it to fit securely over a standard 12" round hard pipe duct. Additionally, it can be ordered with various mounting options:
- Standard base flashing to mount directly to the roof.
- Ridge mount to install the vent at the roof's ridge line.
- Without base flashing for mounting to an existing vent pipe.
This versatile design ensures it can meet a variety of installation needs while maintaining durability and performance.

Our static roof vent can be used on slate, metal, shingle, tile, wood or flat roofs.
